'and' connector
'and' connector - - Use to describe the type of relationship between an effect and its causes.Two types of relationship exist; one (magnitudinal 'and' connector) where the causes are independent and both or all of the causes have to be addressed to eliminate the effect and the second (logical 'and' connector) where two or more causes are dependent (have to coexist) for the effect to exist.
